Work Management

Work Order Management System is a management platform where you can create a category and transmit the status, security etc. formations of this category to the personnel you wish, either photographed or written.

When you press the "Create Category" button, you can determine the options such as name, type of category, status, security, process in the most appropriate way and write the necessary text in the "Description" section and report it to other authorities.

Let's enter any category. It is divided into 4 categories as Requests, Planning, Board and Settings.

Details : In this section, the information you entered while creating this category comes up again due to your ability to edit and you can make the necessary settings.

Message: This section is presented as a title that everyone can see the description you wrote while creating the category.

Attachments: This section is reserved as the section where necessary visual messages are kept.

Correspondence: This section provides a structure where you can send messages to each other with the users you have added through the category you have opened and the subject you have determined.

Planning: This section is intended to remind each other or yourself about the category you have opened with the added users and the work order on the subject you have determined.

When the "Create Work Order" button is clicked, a panel appears where you can enter very detailed situations. In this structure, more than 10 properties such as work priority, assigned persons, associated objects to be done from work order type are created for you to enter.

Settings: In this section we are greeted by 7 structures that function separately, their functions are as follows;

Tags: You can create tags for work orders and you can edit and manage these tags.

When you press the "Create" button, you can easily create a new label by entering name, colour and description.

General: You can edit the category settings, you can edit the settings you have already set.

Users: You can edit category users, you can edit the users you previously set.

When you press the "Add" button, you can easily create a new user by entering user and authorisation.

QR: Allows you to create a request via Qr and download this request in QR Code format.

Processes: You can manage category processes, you can organise and manage these processes.

When you press the "Add" button, you can easily create a new process by entering name and description.

Priority Types: Allows you to define and manage priority types for work orders.

By pressing the "Create" button you can easily create a new priority type by entering name, description, priority level and resolution time.

When we click on any priority type, we see the previously set structure in the General section. You can edit this structure in "General" section.

The Users section refers to the users defined in this priority and in this structure you can add users and edit and update existing users.

Templates: Helps you create and manage automated work orders.

When you press the "Create" button, you will see a structure where you can drag and drop and then enter values.

Reminder: Reminds the created work order in advance.

Target Region: Associates the task with the specified object.

Category: This is the field where you specify the category of the work order.

Control (Audit) Mechanisms: Determines the control types of the work order.

Assign User: Assigns the specified users as responsible for the task

Estimated Time: Estimated how many minutes the job will take.

Calendar: It allows you to schedule a task of a certain length for a certain period of time after the rule runs.

Priority: It allows you to specify the priority of the work order.
