Periodic Tasks

Periodic tasks are test, experiment and inspection activities carried out periodically to determine whether the equipment used in the workplace fulfils its duty in terms of occupational health. The panel where you will follow the activities of the products you have determined is the Periodic Tasks panel.

When you click on the Create button, in the General section you will be presented with a detailed structure for creating a Periodic task. You can fill in the required information and drag the work interval field on the right side.

It is the structure where you can determine and manage the times when the event specified in the Exception days section will be out of control.

In Actions section, there are 3 action types as BlueBot Rule, IO Output, Create Work Order. You can also categorise your orders in the Open and Close sections on the right side.

BlueBot Rule: You can trigger a blue bot rule periodically. For example, you can run an automation at certain intervals.

You can download the working and error logs of this rule in Excel format.

IO Output: You can generate an electrical output based on a scheduled task. You can define the properties of this output by entering name, point value information.

Create Work Order : It is used to create a work order over a scheduled task.

It allows you to see the created events through calendar. Works integrated with widget structure.

It provides a structure where you can see all working records, you can categorise start and end, you can download all records as Excel file.
